At Golf Legends, we are committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. This policy outlines our return process, including how we handle faulty or damaged goods, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To initiate a return, you must first contact us via email so we can assess the issue and provide return instructions.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Email us at support@golflegends.co before returning the item
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
Resolution options may include:
- Replacement (preferred where possible)
- Full refund (if replacement is not available)
- Store credit plus 5% of the original item cost
Return Shipping:
If the issue is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
3. Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (with tags and accessories)
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Exclusions:
These are not qualified for refunds, returns and exchanges.
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Used or personalized products
Resolution options may include:
- Exchange for a different size/item
- Product cost refund (issued to the original payment method excluding original shipping fees.)
- Store credit plus 5% of the original item cost
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
4. General Return Process (Important)
To start a return:
1. Email support@golflegends.co
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return approval and instructions before sending your item
5. Processing Timeframes
- Return assessment: Within 3 business days after receiving your item
- Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
- Store credit (with additional 5% of the original product cost): immediately after return assessment if qualified. Sent in the form of a gift voucher code through email.
- Exchange/Replacements: Shipped within 2–5 business days after approval
You will receive an email once your returned item has been processed.
6. Condition & Packaging Requirements
For change-of-mind returns and incorrect size ordered, items must be:
- In original packaging
- Unused and in re-sellable condition
- Securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
For faulty or damaged items, original packaging is not required, but safe packaging is strongly recommended.
