Product Pricing: All prices on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Discounts, sales tax and shipping calculated at checkout.
1.Order Processing Time
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We primarily ship via USPS, offering insured, trackable delivery.

We currently ship US-wide, as well as to Canada and the UK.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate.
You can track your parcel directly via the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.
5. Delivery Delays & Restrictions
Please note:
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, courier strikes, pandemics, peak sales periods) may cause unexpected delays.
In such cases, we will communicate proactively via email.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@golflegends.co
If your order has not yet shipped, we will correct the details.
Once the order is dispatched, we cannot reroute or recall the package.
Golf Legends is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect address input.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your items. However, if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, here’s what to do:
Damaged Items:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@golflegends.co
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We will assess the situation and offer either a replacement or refund.
Lost Parcels:
If your order is marked "delivered" but hasn’t arrived, please:
Double-check with neighbors or household members.
Contact the delivery carrier using the tracking number.
Contact us if unresolved after 3 business days (Mon - Fri).
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed.
Email support@golflegends.co with your order number.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Only)
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your country.
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, not Golf Legends.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order internationally.
